Downloading OS image without using Download / Initialize GUI option of Platform Builder

Hi All,

I am working on WindowsCE  .Net 4.2 which is running on intel I830 M4 
chipset Intel motherboard.
This is acting as my windows  CE device while i am using a WinX P machine 
with Microsoft platform Builder 4.2 to build the WinCE .Net 4.2 and 
deploy it on the above device. After building the OS image ( NK.bin). The 
image is downloaded  from host machine to target ( Using  Traget -> 
Download / Initialize  GUI option of Platform Builder ). 

I want to download the image  from host to target from command line or any 
other option without using  Download / Initialize GUI option of Platform 
Builder . 

Can anyone help me in this regards.
