Hi, Subrata,

It all depends on your bootloader (usually e-boot).  Bootloader acts as
TFTP server to receive the image.  So you need to set up an TFTP client
on a PC to transmit the image.  However, the TFTP does not start the
downloaded image as Platform Builder does.  This is fine for a flash
image since you need to power recycle the board to start.  For a RAM or
debug image, you need more work to get it going.

Although Windows comes with tftp client application, it doesn't work
with the port setting of Win CE.  So, you need a tftp client with
configurable port setting.  I don't have the detail in my hands.  But
the port number and the software can be found on the web.
