Hi,

Just for the record: I solved this problem. I used "exec cgi" instead.
Even with that the exe file cannot be run. However, one can write a
bat file as a wrapper to the exe file and then in the registry create
an entry for .bat files to be run using "cmd.exe /c "%1"", where
cmd.exe is some sort of command shell.

Hope this helps others who might encounter similar problems.

Cheers,

Erkcan
