CELIB development

Dear All, dear Rainer!

Please advice me on question, whether or not CELIB development going on; how
it is improved?

From time to time people asking for rebuild of CELIB for newer processors
and architectures.
Actually, in my experience, it is quite doable.

Is there exists any kind of CVS for committers to make their improvements?

In my opinion, it could be reasonable to create CVS on SF, say, on
http://perlce.sf.net and then have it up-to-date and easily rebuildable for
newer features.

Please share your opinions on this.
