The Windows CE emulators emulate Windows CE devices, which tend to be VGA
squares with start menus and desktops. Is this what your'e seeing, or are
you getting a blank square??

Ok I am an idiot, the emulator gives me a square, and
it doesnt look like a pocket pc2003
