need help with sys/types.h and sys/time.h

Dear Experts,

I am porting a program in C to winCE.
I am using Embedded visual C++ 4.0, but it ditn't find the include 
 sys/types.h and sys/time.h

Can i replace it by the types.h in the standard sdk library include?
Or not, how i can use the celib to include types and time?

Really need your help
