jornada 720 ssh problem

hello !

please help me.
I have Jornada 720 on ARM processor with windows ce 3.0
and I can't making a normal connection with SSH
I have SSH from : www.rainer-keuchel.de/software.html
I have /etc/password and /etc/services and /etc/termcap and registry 
entries.

and I see Error: 53 - Couldn't get password entry for user (0).

/etc/password is:
root:x:0:0:Superuser:/radix:/bin/bash

/etc/services is:
22   tcp/ssh

What is wrong ?
