compiler C for wince 4.0

Dear Experts,

I am using embedded visual C++ 4.0 to port a program C to winCE.
I try to looking for advanced option in evc to choose the compile as C Code.
( it is very easy in Visual C++ 7.1 )

But i can find it.
Do you know other method to using compiler C for winCE?
