about using celib

Dear all,

I found in the doc of celib-palm-3.0 that
  "Otherwise you have to provide wWinMain() in your program and  call xceinit(lpszcmdlinew) to initialize the library. "

Now i am using evc++ 4.0 for pocket pc 2003 sdk.
If i make a projet MFC, how can i initialize the library with
xceinit() ???
