I read your code in celib for environment.
Can you confime that it doesn't work.

Example in xceputenv(const char* s)
you call to 2 other function: _replaceenv and _appendenv

it sound good but in _replaceenv: you do nothing.

Cos like the definition of putenv:
       this function looks up an environment variable and then modifies it.
In your code, i did not see where you querry the value from registry to
look up the environment.

I will rewrite this in this afternoon.
can you confirm that it does n't work? thank so much.
Or if i am wrong, tell me where i wrong. Thank you
