Error spawning cl.exe

Hi, 
 
I just created a simple "Hello WinCE" project thro' the wizard.
when i tried to complie the project, i'm getting an error 
 
Compiling...
Error spawning cl.exe
 
Plz let me know the solution, if any of you have come across this and resolved the issue.
