I think for making ctors in dlls work one has to add special
init sections in the binary by modifying binutils, 
but the order in which static ctors are called when
using multiple dlls is kind of undefined, so they must not
depend on each other.

I think the best solution would be staying static or
change things in the dlls so globals get initialized
in an init function, but this can be a lot of work.

When you could provide some sample for reproducing your
problems I might take a look.
