RCXTools problem

Hi!
I have got an HP620LX(W/CE 2.00;SH3;16MiB RAM;German Edition) and installed
Console and celib.
Console worked god, but NQC didn't print out anything, except in the file
"\NQC_stdout.txt".
The apps NQCEditor.exe and RCXControl said the error message "This apps are
not valid WindowsCE applications"
Why is that so and can anybody solve this??
