Hi, the only things that I've Done are :
Installing the SWI Pl CE
Setting Environment Variable
Installing Pocket Console CMD line
and using a Batch file (started from command line) like this:

\pl\bin\pl.exe -b /pl/boot/init.pl \ -o /pl/bin/pl.prc

Try this ....
And Let Me Know

What About porting, Ever did you do it??
