The header files like sys/types.h process.h error.h are not
present in the wce500 sdk which i use.
You will have to modify the part of the code which use them.
Replacing these files with <windows.h> is a common panacea.
Check out your <sdk root>/<sdk name>/include/<processor name>
directory for the include files available to use.

Where I can know which things in C++ can be changed to particular
function in EVC for compilating my code successfully. Any
Pointer for this? Thanks, JJ
