strange emacs message?!?!?

Hi, and HELP!! :-)

I have a Jornada680/690 and have successfully
installed console, ssh and gnuplot.  My registry
setting appear to be working fine.

I have just tried to install emacs, following all the
instructions (and adding the appropriate new registry
settings) ... and no luck!  When i double click the
emacs icon on my Jornada i get a strange message
saying it cant find a file called "term/w32-win.el". 
Then it dies.  This file does not exist in the tarball
i downloaded, or on the Jornada.

Have i missed something?  I am using what i believe is
the latest build direct from the emacs part of the
General Paranoyaxc Software site.  I have looked
everywhere on the site and cannot find this file or
any reference to it.
