new arm-wince-pe toolchain available

Hi, 
some of you may remember me from a few months ago. 
I have succesfully built a gcc4.1 based cross-toolchain arm-wince-pe for cygwin
host.
 I never found the time to clean it up and send the patches upstream to the 
gcc/newlib/binutils projects, althought I got some patches accepted in newlib,
most of it was still sitting on my laptop. I finally found some time and created
a project on berlios. I just uploaded the entire toolchain for everyone to see. 
Inside you will find gcc4.1trunk/newlib-cvs/binutils-cvs/gdb.

There are also some build scripts and you will find in the readme.txt some
instructions, in which I forgot to say that you need Pocket Console for the
console apps.

Please try to build it, and see if it works for you.
