Hello list,

I recently ported the Stanford Identity-Based Encryption [1] library
to Windows CE.  I have only tested it on an HP iPAQ H6340 (ARM)
running Windows CE Mobile 2003, so any reports regarding using it on
other devices would be greatly appreciated.  You can get it from:
