SDL with gnuwince

Its possible to compile SDL with gnuwince under gnu/linux?
        
        I tryed some things I found in google for it, but I only found
        cygwin
        hosted that dont worked for me.
        
        Im not an compiler expert, but If someone got success and can
        tell me
        the version of sdl used and the configure/make line or env
        variables
        used, I would be very happy.
