Lib File Missing

Hi All,
I am trying to compile a C application on a Pocket PC with the Intel 
PXA263 processor. The application should interact with a SWI saved 
state. I followed the procedure shown at 
http://www.rainer-keuchel.de/wince/swi-prolog.html, but I was unable to 
compile it since the pl.lib file is missing (just the pl.dll file is 
provided with the source files). Does anyone know how I can get it? Is 
there any trick I could use to compile my application even without the 
pl.lib file?
