So you're out of luck.. The first error should be reported,
not the failed attempt to load it from the default (\windows)
directory.

I wonder what fragments the address space of some "modern" devices.
It worked even on my old Compaq C HPC/WCE211 with only 16 MB RAM, when
the files where loaded from a network share.
