SOAP on WIndows CE 4.20

hi,
  I'm trying to implement an automation framework based on Perl and 
SOAP::Lite tool   for running some test scripts on WinCE .Net 4.20
on x86 processor .
I succeeded in building perl for that platform following instructions from 
Rainer Keuchel's site and perlce sourceforge site .
I'm now stuck with implementing SOAP on WINCE 4.20.
I tried copying the perl module files related to SOAP Lite (for eg 
Lite.pm, HTTP.pm etc) to target device but it did not work.
when I want to invoke the SOAP server it is not starting.

Can anyone please help us on this  ?
