DQSD 4.1.0.0

Hi all,

It's been a long time coming, but here's finally an official release
of DQSD 4.1.0.0:

For a change, Microsoft's release cycle has been shorter than ours,
and they've managed to put out Windows 7 in the meantime. There have
been some reports of successful DQSD installations, with tweaks, but I
don't have access to a Win7 machine myself, so I can't vouch for
what's working.
