non-Web Services testing?

I've written a DIME implementation, but I'm not using it in a web
services context.  Is there any test point or compatibility tool I can
use to parse a DIME message I've saved in a .dime file, so I can
validate my generator?  Similarly are there any DIME messages saved as
files and archived, so I can validate my parser?

I've seen announcements of many web services enabled test points and
even the sniffer-validator app, but I'm looking for something completely
divorced from network transmission.
