I don't think either of us are that stupid.

For me, a classic scenario for using DIME is a distributed
application where you want to implement some messages over
the wire without having to build a compliant HTTP server
and then strap the message handling engine ontop of that.

In this scenario I would probably look at both TCP and UDP as
viable options for transmission of the DIME encoded packet,
it would depend 100% on the specifics of the application.
