Where is Dime At

Greetings,

Havn't seen any discussion in this list for a couple of weeks, and am
wondering if DIME has suddenly been dropped.

Is it still planned to be Implemented in MSTK 3.0 / .NET ?
How is the procedure for IETF approval proceeding ?

I am looking at useing DIME for a forthcomming messaging project, however
don't really want to settle on it if its not going to be supported in the
future.
