Excellent, thanks, Ive been waiting for a reference implementation to come
out, and following the Pocket Soap beta waiting for that to.

On a related note, I have a requirment to implement a relitivley simple, but
reliable Messageing system for our application, and I plan to use SOAP +
Payload encapsulated in DIME to do it over a HTTPS Transport. The kicker is,
it has to be able to transfer data up to 500mb in size.  (Will be chunked).

Has anyone had any experience with (Or estimation of) what the maxium
reasonable size of a Message would be in this situation, put into Dime, and
sent over HTTP ?

Nope, it hasn't been dropped and it is moving forward albeit not at the
speed of light. FWIW, you can find a .Net sample generating and
accepting DIME messages at [1].
