Make sure you have the proper items inside the <ItemTemplate></ItemTemplate>

Perhaps you should register the script WYSIWYG.attach('textBox1')with the
Scriptmanager something like:

ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(this.Page, this.GetType(), "WYSIWYG",
"WYSIWYG.attach('textBox1')", true);

Instead of rendering the script yourself.
