Determining if a process is visible on the Taskbar...

I can't seem to find much information on how to determine if a process is visible on the taskbar. Presently, I need to find all "windows" that are human-visible for a process that I'm building. Obviously, looping through the list of processes willy-nilly will not assist greatly. Any suggestions?
