OT: Powershell Programming

I'm looking for some help with Windows Powershell.

It seems I cannot find any real help on Microsoft's website for developing
PS Drive Providers.  Oh, the information is there, but it's missing
something and I'm not entirely sure what that is.  Do y'all know of any
online resources related to Powershell or a good book on Powershell
programming?
