Process.Start(String, String) would cause ShellExecuteEx to be pinvoked. =
 If you use Process.Start( ProcessStartInfo), setting ProcessStartInfo.Us=
eShellExecute to false, does that make a difference?  That will case Crea=
teProcess to be pinvoked instead.
