hellExecuteEx re-uses the default desktop (the terminal service desktop) =
for all new processes (which means one only instance can be executed) and=
 CreateProcess doesn't (it uses the desktop of the parent application--wh=
ich if run in different terminal service sessions would have a different =
terminal service desktop).

I too currently don't have the resources to test this out.
