Right, the .NET object is the COM server, if I'm understanding.  What I'm
saying is that when the COM server raises events, it had better raise them
on the same thread on which it was created.

I guess I'm assuming that your COM server is running in-proc, which is
probably a bad assumption, now that I think about it more.  Is your COM
server in-proc, or out-of-proc?
