Unfortunately, the exact value of a useful epsilon depends on the total
rounding error of the calculation chain.

=46rom what I gleaned from Lang.NET presentations, ongoing work is being
done for a pluggable .NET math infrastructure, including BigDecimal,
algorithm support, etc.
