He's asking about XML comments, not how to invoke a base constructor.

Have you tried using TypeName..ctor as the ref in your see and seealso?
That's how the IL recognizes a constructor, so perhaps the XML comments will
also.

I'm not sure of your question.  You want to reference the constructor of a
base class from the constructor of a derived class?  If MyDerivedClass
derives from MyBaseClass and I want to reference (call?) the constructor of
MyBaseClass in the constructor of MyDerivedClass, I could do something
like...

Public MyDerivedClass( string Key, string Name, int Index, int HowMany)
            : base ( Key, Name, Index )
        {
            // do other stuff in this constructor
                _howMany = HowMany;
        }

However, I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for (but then, almost
everyone on this list knows a whole lot more about C# than I do so maybe
they do know what you mean ;-)).
