  i have managed to get the following to work.

nunit tests in a managed c++ dll/assembly (or whatetver m$calls it
today). pure  c++ code using c++ in another vanilla (iirc) dll. a
main program that has to be clr or something. i did this in visual
studio 2005 and do not remember the details. but it seemed to work.
the trick will be picking just the right option for each piece.
