I have two configurations for an app - Debug and Release.  As far as I
can tell, there is very little difference between the configurations
(really, just an output path for xml doc files).  However, I seem to
have done something that is not allowing me to run the app from the ide
in Debug configuration.  I get an error message...

I have reviewed the manifest file - as much sense as it makes to me -
and nothing jumps out at me.  My few searches for info on the Internet
haven't been too useful.  Any idea for other places to look so I can
solve this problem and run the IDE mode with the Debug configuration
again (the Release configuration seems to run just fine)?
