Did the program jump into your function when you resize the form by =
dragging with mouse?

I gave up, and instead am using two event handlers.  When panel.Size =
changes, it updates
psm.Size.  When psm.Size changes it updates panel.Size, and invokes an =
update method.  I
guess this works only because "Width =3D x" doesn't trigger the event if =
Width already equals
x.  I still don't know why databinding doesn't work.
