Do they have the latest Windows Installer installed? It works wonderfull on Windows 2000 and XP but I get an error on Windows 98, NT and ME. "The msiexec.exe is linked to missing export msi.dll-222" I don't always get the error, sometimes it just give an error to contact the product administrator.
