Jeffs, The SDE are a developer add-in, useful for simulating mobile devices on a desktop. The Microsoft .NET Compact Framework is a version of the .NET framework for those devices. Both are included in the sdebeta. Note that it is only a Beta. For more information, please search the list archives for "compact framework".
