RemotingException

System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Remoting configuration failed
with the exception System.Reflection.TargetInvo
cationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. -
--> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage of each socket
address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

This exception occures when I close server application and try to re-launch
it. On some machines this exception occures always, but on some machines -
never!

Any ideas?
