Senior DOTNET Engineer - Awesome Oppty -$110,000!

the healthcare industry to find a team of Software Developers for their
offices in Boston, MA OR Atlanta, GA!   In this position, you will be
designing and developing very complicated component-based health care
prototype applications in MS .NET/SQL Server environment, mentoring and
leading a team of about 10 junior .NET developers, and working with
clinical, financial, and administrative domain experts!  You will provide
senior .NET development expertise and assist in prototype development with
component-based decomposition of functional requirements, defining
component framework, and developing component object models for rapid
prototyping implementation in .NET.  You will develop sequence diagrams
that express component behavior and component-to-component interactions
with major emphasis on component re-use and adaptation.  You will propose
high-level critical path development plans and assignment of developers to
components.  You will participate in design and code reviews with the
objective of accelerating the rapid prototyping effort!  You will
develop .NET components using rapid prototyping techniques, mentor less
experienced .NET developers on the team, perform integration testing and
create builds of short increments to assure high quality performance of
the prototype applications, and participate in the distribution planning
and operations as needed!  Here’s your chance to become part of a

Requirements:

Extensive (many years) experience designing and developing applications in
an Object Oriented environment with a progression to Component Based
systems.

Working knowledge of Component Factory or similar concepts and applying
these concepts to complex Component-Based application development

Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on Rational Rose experience designing and
maintaining Component Frameworks, Component Object Models, Sequence
Diagrams.

2 Years of .NET development of BUSINESS applications involving BUSINESS
components and objects (not just web sites or first generation web-site
based services).

Ability and experience mentoring less senior developers in Component-Based
decomposition of business requirements, Component-Object Models, and the
development of a component-based system in .NET.

Prior experience working on Extreme Programming or Rapid Prototyping
projects.

Can see and understand the “big” picture

Experience in healthcare applications development or healthcare domain
experience is required.
