Microsoft is hiring a few good, make that great, developers. If you want to work at Microsoft I suggest you look at contract work. You get your foot in the door and if you impress them, you might just get on fulltime. Try the larger temp agencies, such as Volt (www.volt.com). doug (contracting at Microsoft for ~10 years)
