Hi folks, we're hiring again!

We're looking for good C# and VB.Net folks in the Baltimore and Washington, DC area. (including Northern Virginia.). We're not currently hiring in our other offices (Richmond, VA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA) but if you are from that area and are really good, send me your resume anyway, and I can likely hook you up.

Key experience we're like to see :

- Experience in MS tools and technologies before .Net (C++, VB, COM, COM+, MTS, SQL Server, etc.). The work you do will be in .Net, but prior experience shows you understand the technology, and aren't brand new to this. It also positions you to be able to integrate into a .Net solution applications that use the older technologies.

- At least one good .Net project under your belt. Please make sure your resume indicates what you specifically did on that project.

- Excellent communication skills, as you will be interfacing with a client and working with peers.

- Ability to work well on a team

- Ability and desire to be an evangelist of Microsoft .Net and Microsoft technologies. You don't need you to be a zealot, but some enthusiasm helps :-)

- Good coding technique. We like people who can think through and explain their code.

We're not looking to do sponsorships at this point, so please do not contact me unless you are already set up to work in the US without any sort of sponsorship.

If you're interested, and meet the requirements above, send your resume
and requested salary range to me ASAP at this address:

        [email protected]

We hire for the long term. We're looking for people who want to work
for a company that does cutting edge software development using Microsoft tools. I myself have been here for 7 years and wouldn't switch for anything.

AIS is the leading .Net Microsoft Gold partner in the Mid Atlantic, South East and South Central regions. We sit on the partner advisory council and have been Microsoft's preferred .Net partner since the early adopter projects we did when .Net was an IDE-less SDK :-)

Pete
