OK, I know prices have dropped, but having led many development teams, I
would sooner not work than work for $50K (I am assuming this is per year, if
this is per month my apologies and I wish to submit my resume).

Best Wishes and pass me whatever you are smoking.

Soaring Pilot - LEAD DEVELOPER

Can you take control of the cockpit and pilot our team of Developers? Our
cutting-edge advertising company is flying high and we need a bold lead
developer who is not afraid of heights to keep us aloft and use their
self-sufficient, self-motivated skills to take us to heights unimaginable.
Everyone gets a corner cubicle, free coffee and unlimited foozeball, but
don't expect an easy ride. We need technical leaders to take control on
internet site construction, high level programming, technical consultation
and prototyping.

Great Lead Developers get results. We'll give you the resources and the
opportunity to do just that but we need to be confident in what you will
accomplish. Put yourself at the top of the list by responding to the
following:

1. Give us an example of how you used your ability to effectively catalogue
technical documentation to write a technical brief in coordination with
production.

2. Briefly tell us how you have used your excellent communication skills to
correspond with the client at length and in-depth regarding the technologies
in question. And how you were able to competently market technologies to the
client when applicable.

3. Since you will be responsible for handling the needs of multiple clients,
tell us how you have used your impressive organizational skills along with
your superior technical knowledge in SQL, Coldfusion and .NET to
persuasively advise client/s to migrate to better, faster, cutting-edge
technologies.

If you have over 5 years of experience, expertly fluent in Microsoft ASP,
Coldfusion CFM, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, ActionScript and Photoshop
Handcoding (no relying on third party html tools) and you are able to work
extremely well under pressure you'll be able to quickly take over our as our
new Lead Developer. Ours is not your typical corporate environment. The
operative words at our unique Advertising company is Fun, Flexible,
Positive, Successful and Rewarding. Come fly with us by sending your resumes
in word format to [email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=LEAD DEVELOPER - 50k>

To be at the top of the list don't forget to answer the above questions in a
cover letter and send it along with your resume and salary requirement.

not be considered.
