I disagree. My understanding is that this list is about "DOTNET jobs".
Not just "jobs", and not just "DOTNET". If someone posted code and
asked for help on this list, they would be quickly directed elsewhere.

A little conversation is great. But when it starts overshadowing the
purpose of the list, I object.
