It's interesting that you can ask why a person has been fired, but not whether they were honorably or dishonorably discharged from the military. They seem like two of the same. On the sponsorship question, it isn't mentioned either way in there. I still think, as it would require time and out of pocket expense from the employer, as well as submitting to a process to prove the candidate is more qualified than local candidates, that asking if a candidate requires sponsorship is still a legal and valid question.
