Must have proven software development experience (5-6 years minimum), good
education (2:1 degree or equivalent) and an applied understanding of
Microsoft Internet/Enterprise technologies (C#, SQL Server,IIS,XML etc).
C++ background beneficial.

The successful candidates will be logical yet technical in their approach
to problem solving, self driven, capable of working to deadlines and have
great team communication skills.
