Title: User Interface Programmer Location: Seattle, WA Reports to: VP of Design and Development The RTzen User Interface programmer is the primary developer in charge of researching, creating, and refining the user interface for products developed by the RTzen Tools group. The User Interface Programmer is responsible for understanding current user workflow problems and designing solutions into our products. He/she will also work closely with the Tools Designer to ensure that the User Interface meets the design requirements of the company as a whole. The User Interface programmer is expected to work independently to develop the user interface, but also coordinate with the rest of engineering to meet the goals of the product. Most importantly, the employee must be able to come up with creative solutions to difficult problems. Experience/Requirements: 7-10 years of user interface programming required. At least 5 years art tool and/or 3D content creation tool user interface programming preferred. Experience developing .NET applications and user interfaces required. Exceptional communication skills, self-starter, and good team dynamics a definite requirement.
