We need experienced .NET Application Architects to design, write code, and
lead teams of developers! This means that if you haven't DELIVERED a
complex, n-tier .NET application, we can't consider you for this position.


To be considered for this position you must have the following:

Delivery experience as the technical leader on an actual .NET project, that
involved integration with 3rd party applications and non-Microsoft technologies

10+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and
implementation, with large scale OO applications

3+ years of experience as the lead architect of complex OO projects

3+ years of development using Microsoft languages and tools (COM+, ASP.NET,
ADO.NET, Enterprise Services...) (yes, we know that no one has 3+ years of
.NET!)

Strong OO design knowledge, including extensive design patterns knowledge

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum

Ability to work in a variety of client settings from CIO-level discussions
to hands-on problem solving

Leadership experience in assessing staff skill levels, assigning work
appropriately, directing team in specific project activities, estimation,
and facilitating career development of team members

Knowledge of testing and continuous integration is helpful. Nunit and
CruiseControl.NET experience is especially helpful.

Knowledge of financial services software is a significant advantage

Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, Tibco, Vitria, MQSeries...) is helpful

Excellent communication, client-facing and people skills are essential
